With over 15 years experience practicing yoga and 8 years teaching, we take a mobility-focused approach to creative and dynamic Vinyasa Flow classes. We’ve worked with businesses, sports clubs, and university groups to bring yoga and mobility-focused classes to all types of people.
Nutrition Coaching
Certified through industry leader Precision Nutrition, we work with you to create sustainable and progressive improvement to any lifestyle and diet. Being a practicing vegan since 2017, we specialise in helping people explore a plant-based diet while improving health and body composition.

Online Coaching
For the independent gym-goer, the out-of-towner, or the uninspired, this option is best if you need structure and accountability to continue to improve in your current training.
Hybrid Coaching
The most popular option, this is where you get the best of both worlds: an online program to stay on track, and in-person coaching to take you to the next level of your strength, fitness, and aesthetic goals.
