It all started when I discovered yoga as a teenager, after a brutal knee injury playing sport. After my rehab, I was recommended to start doing some gentle yoga to help regain my flexibility and mobility for the next season… what I discovered was so much more! Not only did it improve my physical health, but it gave me the space to calm my head and my heart too. While attending the University of Windsor for my BFA in Acting, I got my 200 hour Yoga Teacher certificate, and started teaching soon after graduation.

I found my way to England, and got certified to start Personal Training, as I felt I could help those who may have struggled with strength and mobility, just like me! Everything I do is rooted in the philosophies of yoga, and I try and apply the lessons we can learn through the yoga practices of self-care, physical mobility and movement forms, and sustainability.
