Sundays

  • 30min, all-levels, Core Gym

    Mobility and stretching class that demonstrates and teaches the fundamentals of dynamic and passive stretching, how to warm up effectively, and how to improve range of motion and move with less pain.

  • 60 min, all levels, Core Gym

    A gentle, slow-flow style class that incorporates breath work, mobilisation, yoga warmups and common postures seen in Western yoga classes.

Mondays

  • 60min, all-levels, Core Gym.

    An energetic dynamic Vinyasa Flow yoga class set to contemporary music designed to challenge your strength, flexibility and focus. Creative sequences build heat in the body and allow for individual exploration. Some experience with yoga is beneficial but not necessary.

Wednesdays

  • 60min, intermediate/advanced, Leamington Fitness and Therapy Centre

    Practiced in a room heated to 36*, this is a powerful Vinyasa Flow based practiced set to contemporary modern music. Creative and energetic flows challenge your cardio and strength while allowing for deep flexibility.

    Experience is strongly recommended.

  • 60min, all-levels, LTC

    Practiced in a heated room of 36*, this is a great way for practitioners to explore a heated practice or for those people who want a gentler class. A slow-flow class with an emphasis on breath and deeper flexibility.
