This package includes in-person training sessions over 8 weeks, where you will be taught the proper technique and variations of compound movements. Learning these fundamentals will boost your confidence and inspire you to lift for life!
This package is the best choice for people who are new to the gym, want to build confidence with these movements, or want to improve their performance in these lifts.

Bulletproof Movement

In-person training is delivered out of Core Gym in Leamington Spa, and while it is recommended to have a gym membership it’s not necessary to join if you already have a membership elsewhere. Unfortunately, home-visit training cannot be accommodated at this time.

Whether you’re choosing to work together in-person, online, or as a hybrid approach, your package structure will be based on a monthly membership subscription. Unlike the traditional session-based block, this allows us to deliver to you a holistic service comprised of: our online resources, nutrition coaching, gym training, weekly communication and more.

Whichever format of Coaching you choose, the rate is all-inclusive of the services we provide, and dependent on how many in-person sessions you commit to on a monthly, biweekly, or weekly basis.
Once-monthly training is £99/pm
Twice-monthly training is £149/pm
4 sessions is £200/pm

Solo Hero starts at £99/pm.

For Online clients, there is a minimum of 3 months commitment. This ensures that your Coach can plan and execute a program that is progressive, and allows for the client to see the results of their hard work!
For Hybrid clients who train once or twice a month, there is a minimum of 6 months commitment.
