This package includes in-person training sessions over 8 weeks, where you will be taught the proper technique and variations of compound movements. Learning these fundamentals will boost your confidence and inspire you to lift for life!  

This package is the best choice for people who are new to the gym, want to build confidence with these movements, or want to improve their performance in these lifts.

Bulletproof Movement

Work with a qualified Yoga Teacher & Mobility Specialist one-on-one to learn warm-up protocols that will support your training, mobility routines to target stiff joints, and strengthen resilience.

Alongside your Coach, you'll map out a plan that can be as flexible, intensive, or as direct as you need. Build a package that can include one-on-one sessions, Online Programming, and Nutrition Coaching to best achieve your goals.

This bespoke package is our most personalised approach, and will be reflected in the rate.

With your understanding of the fundamentals, your Coach will guide you to the next level of your training through proven lifestyle upgrades and a progressive online training regimen.
